【Accounting Supervisor】
 
Responsibilities:
• Perform and manage daily accounting and bookkeeping work tasks
• Prepare reports requested by auditors ensuring that procedures of the Company are followed and complied with
• Assist in audits, providing all necessary documents and information
• Communicate with outsourced service providers, and organize their work
• Control and approve payments (payroll, invoices, taxes and others)
• Ensure that taxes are calculated and accounted for in compliance with the tax legislation of Macau
• Provide control and necessary guidance to ensure that work of each accountant (internal and outsourcing) is done accurately and according to highest quality standards
• Support all above-mentioned tasks for all group entities as per the Company’s needs
• Perform other related duties arranged by the superior
  
Requirements:
• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar
• At least 3 years of working experience as Accountant in a company with strong control environment
• Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows
• Self-driven, resilient and able to thrive in a challenging environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and good team player
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Effective multitasking and excellent time management skills
• High sense of responsibility and stress resistance
• Ability to accurately fulfil direct management orders and work tasks
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), both verbal and written
 
Salary:
MOP$15,000-20,000 (per month)
 
 
【Executive Assistant】
 
Responsibilities:
• Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO, manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents via but not limited to phone line and daily email
• Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
• Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
• Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
• Manage petty cash reimbursements and reconciliation
• Act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors
 
Requirements:
• Higher education in Business Administration, Public Relations or similar
• At least 3 years of working experience providing support at a high level in a company with strong control environment
• Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows
• Detail-oriented organizational and planning skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and good team player
• Effective multitasking and excellent time management skills
• Problem analysis and problem solving skills
• High sense of responsibility and stress resistance
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), both verbal and written
 
Salary:
