職責： 
The program cover 1-month Off-job-training + 24-months On-job-training
Fast track career planning and growth
Inter-departmental job rotation opportunities
Professional systematic training
Trainees will undergo an integrative evaluation at the end of the program and be allocated to corresponding position according to the result
 
職位要求： 
Undergraduate or postgraduate students of Engineering / Business related disciplines (graduates of this year and past years are welcome)
