【Instructor】
Responsibilities:
Perform all the duties necessary to fulfil the requirement of the role of instructor, including training of customers for the flight experience
Ensure the safety of the customer, brief and debriefing of the customers etc
The role of the instructor shall also include the duties of a Customer Service Associate such as ticketing
Team player and motivated, energetic and result-oriented
Good sense of customer service, patience and responsibility
Added advantage if have a background in a safety position or safety-first environment
 
Requirements:
Degree or above
Physical work required – Must be able to pass the fitness test as required by the company
Bilingual - Liaise with English and Chinese customers
 
Salary:
MOP13k-15K
