【Senior Security Specialist – Information Technology】
 
Responsibilities: 
Assist to develop and review IT security policies and implement security controls;

Work with internal parties to conduct security risk analysis and assessment;

Review and setup the security architecture;

Manage & report security incidents to management

Promote IT security awareness in workplace.
 
Requirements: 
Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related disciplines;

7 Years of Experience in IT Security , IT audit and compliance is preferred;

Proficient in security architecture and framework;

Experience on Implementation of WAF, firewalls, IPS/IDS and SIEM will be an advantage;

Good knowledge on Operating System of Linux and Microsoft Windows.
 
 
【IT Specialist】
 

Responsibilities: 
Perform IT System installation, commissioning, and deployment;

Perform monitoring/backup, configuration change, capacity planning and performance;

Attend emergency call and provide support and troubleshooting on IT infrastructure;

Support incident and problem resolution in related to IT infrastructure;

Maintain site inventory list for IT infrastructure assets;

Coordinate with different business units to deliver IT infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

3 years’ business sales experience, preferably in Telecom and IT industry;

【Assistant Customer Service Executive】
 
Responsibilities: 
Monitor performance & quality of call centre;

Support team report functions and other clerical job duties;

Maintain good customer relationship and attend meetings with customers when required.
 
Requirements: 
Form 5 or above;

Minimum 1 year relevant experience in customer services/call centre, preferably in telecom industry;

Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
