同創紮根澳門，面向祖國。以廣告、會展業務起家。進過15年時間的磨練，至今拓展為一間綜合型公司。澳門賽馬會前身為澳門賽馬車會，1989年賽馬車會易手並發展成為舉辦平地賽馬之 澳門賽馬會，於該年9月10日舉行第一次平地賽事。1991年由何鴻燊博士領導之集團出資收購。董事局委任一位行政總裁負責日常行政管理 ；而由董事局成員組成之管理委員會則定主要政策 。

【Director of Racing】

職責：

• Report to the Chief Executive of MJC, the incumbent will be responsible to manage the day-to-day racing operations, including but not limited to: Stables, Vet Hospital, Handicapping, Race Programming, Prize Money Distribution and On-going Prize Money Budgets etc.

任職要求：

• The successful applicant should poses sound educational qualifications, with a proven records in horse racing industry expected
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) will be an added advantage
