澳門旅遊塔會展娛樂中心(「澳門旅遊塔」)為澳門旅遊娛樂有限公司之物業,並由信德集團有限公司負責營運及管理。澳門旅遊塔於2001年12月開幕,座落澳門半島東南端,塔頂高達338米,為全球第十位及全亞洲第八位高的獨立式觀光塔。


【Executive Pastry Chef】

職責: 
Ensure all production standards and hygiene standards are always top priority
Frequently tastes pastry products in all outlets and be demanding and critical
Ensure that all areas are kept clean and in proper condition to provide a safe working environment for employees and a safe guest experience
Train, counsel and coach assigned personnel in the performance of their duties; prepares and presents Performance Appraisal Reviews
To prepare and review an annual training plan based on the priorities of the pastry
Meet the attendance guidelines of the department and adheres to departmental and company policies

職位要求: 
10 years of experience in a related industry with 2 years’ minimum experience in a high volume Pastry, at least 3 years of previous experience as Executive Pastry Chef
Technical knowledge in the latest types pastry machinery & equipment
Able to handle a fast-paced, busy and work under pressure, meet deadlines with particular attention to detail


【Assistant Restaurant Manager】

職責: 
Assist the outlet manager to ensure that outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and ability to recommend food and beverage combinations and up-sell alternatives
To handle guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, try to solve guest problems or handle complaints on spot, reporting major complaints to manager for a prompt follow up
Assist with the direction of subordinates to ensure productivity meets standards given in accordance with established policy & procedure
Provide suggestive ideas to outlet manager with the preparation of the scheduling based on the business level & labor costs are effectively controlled
To exercise efficient resource allocation based on the principles of a flexible employee including full time, part time and casual employees

職位要求: 
Diploma in Hotel or F&B Management is preferable
At least 5 to 8 years in the Hotel / F&B service industries as supervisory
Computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel, POS & TMS)
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and good in writing
Capable under work pressure, positive customer service attitude, integrity and passion with job. Good management & leadership competencies
