【Senior Accountant】
 
職責： 
Provide overall general accounting services to the company with accuracy, monitor major accounts, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Proven knowledge on local taxation, create and submit government reports, compile information for internal and external auditors, as required.
Regular Budgeting, Profit and Loss Analysis / Financial Forecast.
Attentive to the Terms and Conditions in Contracts.
Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders.
Review and approve invoices, time sheets or overhead cost to be applied to a project.
Review account totals related to project assets and expenses.Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management.
 
職位要求： 
University degree majored in Accounting, Business / Finance Administration.
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in sizable organizations.
Construction industry background is a plus
Proven knowledge of Advanced Excel/Power point/Accounting Software
Knowledge and experience of SAP system would be a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
