【Quality Assurance Executive】
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular infield reviews/ assessments with service technicians to monitor abilities
 
Continued communication and interaction with external clients
 
New Product trials, Internal Training and Customer Education
 
Ensuring quality Initial Services and Installations through QA Checks = 10 Calls per week (All new installations and upgrades, Existing Clients, Top Tier, High Risk)
 
Assist Customers with Audit preparations, ensuring all documentation is at hand and up to date.
 
Follow up on actions and recommendations to ensure compliance between Rentokil and Customer
 
Compile and communicate Monthly QA reports
 
Ensure all H&S Practices are in place for PPE / PPC and report on non- compliance.
 
Ensure the correct use of company Approved Product List (APL) and report on non-compliance.
 
IT Support such as computers, systems and software implementations, relocation and network cabling in both Head office and construction sites.
 
Requirements:
Degree or above in quality assurance control or any related discipline
 
Experiences in IT Support experience including computer hardware, application software would be an advantage
 
Ability to identify and tele-appoint qualified customers
 
Ability to develop strong and mutually beneficial customer relationships
 
Determination and motivation to achieve new business targets
 
Strong organisation skills to manage a sales territory effectively
 
IT Literate
 
Good planning, time management and organisation skills
 
Establish and maintain effective communication with the service department, and offer quality support to staff and clients alike
