【Senior Quantity Surveyor Team Leader】
 
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the pre-contract works from team of quantity surveyors,draft documentations such as tender and report;
  • Estimate interim payments and changes;
  • Handle the Contractor's claims;
  • Attend key meeting.
 
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education qualification;
  • MHKIS or MRICS membership;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills;
  • Required 9 years' experience in Quantity Surveying
