The University of Saint Joseph (USJ) is currently looking to fill the following vacancy
in the Office for Student and Alumni Affairs (OSAA):

【Senior Officer (Alumni Relations)】 (Ref. Code: USJ20OSAA-017)
職責:
1. Reporting to the Head of Office for Student and Alumni Affairs and perform professional
assignments in alumni relations and support the mission of the university;
2. Connecting with alumni based on university priorities through online platform, email, social
media, mailings, phone calls, and face to face meetings;
3. Managing and encouraging alumni to stay connected, informed and involved;
4. Recruiting and expanding USJ' s professional network; and encouraging annual giving;
5. Developing innovative alumni programs to advance and support the USJ graduate;
6. Organizing reunions for alumni members and arranging networking events;
7. Communicating with university departments and local businesses to arrange benefits
packages for alumni members;
8. Gathering alumni information and success stories to support effective research and the
celebration of alumni accomplishments;
9. Attending national and international events for alumni communities (occasionally required);
10. Fulfilling other duties as assigned by the Head of Office.

1. University degree holder with a major in marketing, communication, community development
or related field;
2. At least 5 years' experiences in event management in leadership role;
3. Experience working with entrepreneurs, start-ups is a plus;
4. Experience of university administration or marketing duties is beneficial;
5. Ability to work effectively as a team member, work on multiple projects, possess strong
leadership, organization and customer relations skills;
6. Understanding of and passion for higher education;
7. Willing to work occasional weekends and evenings, and to go on business trips;
8. Strong English and Chinese written and verbal communications skills;
9. Macao ID holder.
