【零售服務代表(全職 / 兼職) Retail Services Representatives ( Full-time / Part-time)】

於「澳門飛索」的門票銷售,服務,客戶體驗,效率,安全,專業,商店外觀和整潔等提供妥善的營運和執行; 以及對公司的政策和產品深入了解,提供卓越的零售服務和環境。
在以下各方面提供出色的客戶服務:
• 通過前台和後台票務系統,為客戶預訂、購買和推薦公司門票,品牌商品和服務。
• 建議性和人性化地和賓客共享產品知識來推動銷售。
• 熱情友好地招呼和接待客戶,配合「澳門飛索」人性化的品牌形象。
• 禮貌、及時和準確地於門店,線上或電話中回答客戶的詢問,主動尋找客戶的需求並傾聽客戶的需求。
• 控制客流,指導及陪同賓客到專用櫃檯,簽發飛行同意書和作飛行前指導等。
• 協助賓客做好飛行準備,在過程中介紹品牌並引導賓客到起飛平台。
• 管理門票交易,處理前檯賓客出票流程和購買商品的付款交易等。
• 以門店專用系統協助賓客以電子方式獲取飛行照片和視頻。
• 推動門店商品、門票和套票等的銷售和推廣。
• 協助庫存,收貨和管理門店商品。
• 協助商店整潔,裝飾,視覺和音效管理。
• 鼓勵賓客關注品牌的發佈並了解最新消息和活動。
• 熟悉公司的產品和推廣活動,政策,交易流程,安全條例等,以便向賓客提供正確的訊息。
• 按照上級安排的執勤人員表工作並準時上班。
• 對門店零售業務,安全性保護,或其他潛在的問題主動向上級報告。

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional retail environment and performance in terms of cleanliness and appearance, sales, services, customer experience, efficiency, safety, professionalism and knowledge of the company’s policies and products.
• Provide outstanding customer service in the following aspects:
• Serve customers by ticketing service, bookings and recommend company products.
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Greet and receive customers in a welcoming and friendly manner.
• Respond to customers’questions and enquiries in store, online or at phone in a timely and accurate way.
• Proactively seek what customers want and listen to customers’ needs.
• Direct customers by escorting them to counters, signing table and pre-flight room.
• Help customers in gearing up and guides them to the zipline platform with product-narration throughout the process.
• Manage financial transactions and processes payments in tickets and merchandise purchase from customers.
• Process the digital withdrawn of photos and videos to customers after disembark.
• Drive sales in merchandise purchase and packaged tickets with merchandise.
• Assist with inventory, receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Assist with store cleanliness, decorations, visual and audio management.
• Encourage customers to follow the company’s social media platforms and get to know the latest news and activities.
• Familiar with the company’s sales and promotions, policies, payments and exchanges, security practices, in order to deliver the appropriate messages to customers.
• Attend job duties according to roster assigned by supervisor.
• Perform duties and responsibilities of the company in the followings:
• Adhere to the company’s code of conduct, integrity, ethicality, safety and skilled behavior.
• Participate company’s briefings to receive updated information and direction front management in products and retail operations practice.
• Help promote the brand as the best attraction in Macau and unique hot spot in Asia.
• Participate company’s trainings for career development and enhance professionalism in customers services, retail operations, as well as sales and promotions criterion.
• Assist and perform duties assigned by supervisor or management.
• Take note of departmental and procedural changes, ask questions and make suggestions.
• Alert management of potential issues in retail operations, security or other crisis.
• Perform other job duties directed by management including but not limited to events preparation and management, services to VIPs, media or company’s business partners, creating company’s assets and adminstrative support if required.

Competencies and Skills:
• College or Bachelor degree graduated.
• University students or part-time workers are welcomed.
• 1-2 years working experience in front-line, sales, ticketing, customer service or store operations preferred but not a must.
• Proficient in oral and written Chinese in Cantonese and Mandarin, good command of oral and written English.
• Good communications skill, listening, caring, detail-minded, proactive, people skills, problem solving, upselling, a narrator for the company’s products, address customer needs.
• Teamwork, energetic, human, creative, enthusiastic, professional and great passion for service.

【營運技術專員 Operations Specialists】

在以下各方面提供出色的客戶服務: 
• 為所有賓客和員工提供安全的環境以及美好的飛索體驗。
• 指導賓客如何正確使用安全裝備,以確保所有人在進出平台時符合我們的安全標準。
• 安全地培訓賓客如何穿上和脫下個人保護裝備(PPE),並確保每位賓客和工作人員在經過三重安全檢查。
• 迎接並歡迎客人進入培訓區。
• 一次培訓多達15位賓客如何穿戴所有個人保護裝備(PPE)及展示最佳做法。
• 向客人展示如何正確地佩戴和使用安全帶,令起飛平台上更安全和有效率。
• 協助帶動賓客從電梯到起飛平台。
• 管理來賓的活動,以確保他們正確綁定安全滑索系統。
• 確保賓客的飛行體驗由始至終都是安全和愉快的。
• 完成並提交任何事故報告。
• 每日進行安全系統檢查包括所有員工和賓客的裝備。
• 與營運團隊緊密合作,確保所有員工遵守標準操作流程(SOP)的程序和原則,並向管理階層回報問題以及相關的異常情況。
• 在整個高空滑索過程中,為所有賓客和員工提供安全的環境以及美好的體驗。
• 向分成小組的賓客作清晰及準確的指示。

相關要求:
• 需有能力運送達50磅的裝備。
• 必須有能力在不同的情況及環境下保持足夠的水份和身體安全標準。
• 工作要求的特定視覺能力包括:近距離視覺,遠距離視覺,周邊視覺,深度知覺和調整焦點的能力。 在履行工作職責時,定期需要站立,行走,使用手,手臂和伸手,攀爬或平衡,彎腰,跪下,蹲下,坐下,爬行,說話和聽覺。

能力和技能:
• 中學以上文憑或學位。
• 需要有相關經驗,有旅遊或接待攀登/登山方面的經驗優先。
• 有商業營運滑索或繩索挑戰場地相關的工作的經驗。
• 持有國家管理機構頒發的相關資格證書,如高低空繩索場證照、攀岩、工業繩索,或其他相關培訓經歷。如ACCT、ERCA等相關的認證。
• 有高空工作的經驗和資格,如 IRATA的認證。
• 持有聖約翰,紅十字會或同等的基本急救培訓證照或野外急救證照。
• 英語流利,精通普通話和廣東話。
• 良好的分析力和解決問題的能力。
• 良好的溝通能力、時間管理以及人際關係處理能力。

Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all customers and staff are engaged and operating in a safe and fun environment.
• Responsible for the training of the guests getting into all safety gear, entering and exiting all platforms securely and safely.
• Safely train the guests on how to put on and take off their Personal Protection Equipment(PPE) and make sure that each guest and staff member is triple checked for safety before entering.
• Great guest entering training area.
• Train up to 15 guests at one time on how to wear all PPE. Display best practice at all times.
• Show the guests how to sit in or weight their harness properly so it is quicker and safer once on the take off platform.
• Assist guests to the elevator to the take off platform.
• Manage guests movement to make sure they are properly tethered onto the safety system.
• Safely connect the guest to the Zip line system.
• Making sure the guests flight is safe and exciting from start to finish
• Completing and filing any Incident Report Forms for incidents or near misses.
• Daily safety checks of the critical safety system including Staff and Guest equipment
• Working with the Operations team to ensure that all staff are adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and reporting discrepancies to Management as they come up.
• Provide a safe and friendly environment to all guests and fellow staff members throughout the experience.
• Give clear and precise instructions to a small group.
• Able to communicate via radio using proper radio communications
• Control intoxicated individuals and remove guests if necessary.
• Maintain good business relations with guests on behalf of the company.

Requirements:
• Must be able to lift and/or transport up to 50 pounds.
• Must have the ability to maintain sufficient hydration and personal safety standards in a variety of conditions.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to; stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, sit, or crawl, speak and hear.

Competencies and Skills:
• Secondary education, diploma or degree
• Prior related experience required. Background in tourism or guest services or climbing/mountaineering preferred.
• Experience working on a commercial Zipline or Ropes Course Attraction
• National Governing body qualifications in Mountaineering, Rock climbing, Ropes Course Management or other relevant attractions, ACCT, ERCA etc.
• Experience and qualifications working at height ie. IRATA.
• Basic Aid course from St. Johns, Red Cross or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, time-management and relationship management skills.
